成都市中小学生2013年平安暑假活动专项作业安排
2013年，成都市教育局对中小学生暑假安全知识专项作业安排如下，请各教育行政部门和学校做好安排，组织学生和家长积极参与。
一、活动目的
以学生和学生家庭为单位，运用成都市学校安全教育信息化平台，围绕防溺水、防火灾、防交通事故等暑假易发安全事故的防范开展活动，通过完成安全知识专项作业，增强学生和家长在暑假期间的安全事故防范意识，巩固易发安全事故的防范知识，提高自救自护能力，预防和杜绝暑假期间安全事故的发生，使每一个学生度过一个平安、快乐的假期。
二、活动概况
开展主题：练技能、查隐患，平平安安过暑假
开展时间：2013年7月1日—8月31日
参加对象：中小学生及家长
活动网址： chengdu.safetree.com.cn
咨询电话：400-711-1010（每周一至周五上午9:00至下午5:00）
三、作业内容
作业1、观看安全教育短片：教育短片包括暑假防溺水、防交通事故、防火灾和居家、外出安全等。每个短片完整观看即完成该项作业。
作业2、安全技能测试：对短片里的相关安全知识进行测试，考察学生的学习效果，测试达到满分即完成该项作业。
作业3、家庭消防安全自查：学生和家长对家庭进行一次彻底的消防安全检查，填写消防安全自查表。本项作业由学生在线提交，系统自动统计分析其家庭隐患。
四、完成作业步骤
第一步：登录成都市学校安全教育信息化平台(chengdu.safetree.com.cn），用老师发放的平台账号登录，点击活动宣传图片进入。
第二步：了解作业须知，然后分别点击三项作业并完成（每项均须完成，完成不分先后）。
